are sufficient to describe the installation of gate valves.

3. I was wondering if there was any Service-Connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business requirements for the Northern California MATOC project? I understand that this is a Small Business Set Aside but wanted to know about the SDVOSB requirements also.

Answer: No, there is no requirement that a contractor has to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The Government expects however, for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to submit proposals and receive awards. The Government may set aside awards for those firms.

4. On page 23 2.2.1.6 states “If proposing as a joint venture, a minimum of three of the six contracts referenced shall be for each member of the joint venture…”

Does this mean that three(3) of the projects can be divided among the members of the JV and three (3) projects can be from the Joint Venture? We would like to be able to illustrate our experience working together as a JV.

Answer: Yes, three of the Exhibit As will be for members of the JV and the remaining three will be for the Joint Venture.
