Question 3.) Could you clarify how many pages total is allowed? Often our proposals are over 100 pages, we include equipment details(brochures), system narratives and technical drawings to explain our solution.
One Page Cover Letter?
Part I – Technical 1to 5 pages Max - should we include a system narrative for both rooms? If we offer technical drawings this could surpass the 5-page maximum.
Part II – Past Performance 1 to 5 pages Max Part III – Pricing Information - 1 page?
Solicitation Documents - do we need to include all the documents from the notice? This could be 20+ pages.
Response: The Government has revised the page limitation to allow industry to demonstrate capacity and capability of the requirement.
