Text version
Q: We were unable to attend the mandatory site visit held on September 21, 2026. Please confirm whether the Government will permit an alternate site visit or otherwise allow us to remain eligible for consideration. We understand that the solicitation currently states that proposals from firms that did not attend will not be considered.
A: There will be no alternate site visit. Your firm is not eligible for consideration for this contract. Attendance to the 21 September 2026 site visit was required to be eligible for the award. Thank you, and please watch for our forthcoming solicitations on SAM.
