About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment (SF 30) for the Ice Harbor Dam Intake Gate Hydraulic System Upgrades contract (Solicitation Number W912EF25RA001). The amendment modifies key aspects of the original solicitation, including extending the proposal due date from May 30, 2025, to June 11, 2025, and adding a Past Performance Questionnaire as an attachment. Significant technical specification changes were made across multiple sections, including revisions to painting requirements, cybersecurity controls, electrical materials, hydraulic fluid reservoir tanks, hydraulic power systems, and lifting devices.

The contract involves comprehensive upgrades to the hydraulic systems at Ice Harbor Dam, with a detailed work schedule spanning from the Notice to Proceed through February 28, 2028. The project is incrementally funded by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) on a fiscal year basis, with work divided into specific work windows for different dam units. The contractor will be required to complete various tasks including installation, commissioning, and final documentation, with strict requirements for work sequencing, equipment staging, and unit-specific modifications across multiple project phases.
