About this file

This document is a Supplementary Requirements section for the McNary Powerhouse Turbine Draft Tube Slot Filler contract (Solicitation W912EF25BA002, Amendment 0007). The contract involves fabricating multiple North and South Draft Tube Slot Fillers and Dogging Beams for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with specific delivery timelines ranging from 12 to 32 months after contract award.

Key contract requirements include mandatory bi-weekly production meetings, detailed progress photo documentation, comprehensive quality control surveillance, and multiple pre-award and pre-fabrication meetings. The contractor must submit an equipment list, maintain a project superintendent on-site, and follow strict delivery restrictions, including a prohibition on scheduling deliveries between December 15 and March 31 annually. The government reserves the right to inspect services, request re-performance of non-conforming work, and potentially reduce contract pricing or terminate the contract if performance standards are not met.
