FRP RFP Questions as of 1:07pm CST 3 Sept 2020
1. Question: Given the current situation with COVID, it can be difficult to obtain completed PPQs from our references. Will the government accept previously completed PPQs in response to L.6.3.1.1?
RFP Reference section: Section L.6.3.1/L.6.3.1.1
Government Response. Yes. In addition, reference Section L.6.3.1.1. : If the Offeror is unable to obtain a completed PPQ from a client for a project(s) before the solicitation closing date, the Offeror should complete and submit with the proposal the first page of the PPQ, which will provide contract and client information for the respective project(s). (Dated 9 September 2020)
2. Question: Please confirm that the Sample Task will be for Redstone Arsenal.

Government Response. Attachments 16 Sample Task Order and Attachment 17 Sample Task Order excel spreadsheet will be updated with a new location. (Dated 9 September 2020)
3. Question: In the FRP Pacific Region RFP solicitation Section L, page 103 of 126 it states.
"Offerors must email the FY20 FRP Pacific Region MATOC Inbox, CEHNC-Pacific- FRP@usace.army.mil." However, in the FRP Pacific Region Synopsis, page 5 of 5 under Terms and Conditions it states "Offerors are instructed to forward the email confirmation (from DoD Safe Site) that files have been uploaded successfully to the CEHNC-SE- FRP@usace.army.mil mailbox." Please confirm that offerors are to submit the email confirmation (from DoD Safe Site) that the files have been uploaded to the Inbox: CEHNC- Pacific-FRP@usace.army.mil and not to the CEHNC-SE-FRP@usace.army.mil mailbox.

4. Question: What date should the Offeror use for the "Task Order Mod Award" date for the Sample Task Order?
RFP Reference section: L.6.2.2.2 Section J, Attachment 16; FRP Pacific Region RFP Solicitation Vol 1 - Tab B Technical Approach
Government Response. Offeror may provide an assumed start date or provide a notional project schedule starting at Day 0 and ending with Contract Close Out milestone. Attachment 16 and Attachment 17 were revised and removed the word “Mod”. (Dated 9 September 2020)
5. Question: Please consider extending the period to ask questions.
Government Response. The Question and Answer period will not be extended. (Dated 9 September 2020)
