About this file

This document contains an estimated quantities spreadsheet and instructions for a multiple award task order contract solicitation for facilities reduction and demolition services. The solicitation seeks to establish indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts with multiple awardees to perform services including facility demolition, abatement of contaminants like asbestos and lead, environmental assessments, waste transportation and disposal. Services will be ordered through fixed-price task orders over five one-year ordering periods. The spreadsheet templates require offerors to provide binding maximum fully burdened labor rates for home office and field positions along with assumptions for labor hours by labor category and location for the base year and four option years.
