About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contracts covering the District of Columbia, Maryland (Charles and Prince George's counties), and Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fauquier, Loudoun, Manassas, Manassas Park, Prince William, and Stafford counties). Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision 35, effective December 3, 2025, lists hourly rates for over 280 occupational classifications organized by occupational code categories, including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation and service, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring and longshoremen, and technical occupations. Wage rates range from $15.11 per hour for Nursing Assistant I to $60.66 per hour for positions such as Air Crew Training Devices Instructor (Pilot), Flight Instructor (Pilot), Maintenance Test Pilot (Fixed, Jet/Prop), Maintenance Test Pilot (Rotary Wing), and Non-Maintenance Test/Co-Pilot.

All occupations receive fringe benefits including health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly) or $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 ($203.60 weekly/$882.27 monthly). Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after fifteen years; a minimum of eleven paid holidays per year; and special provisions for certain occupations including computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and hazardous duty differentials of 8 percent or 4 percent as applicable. The document also establishes procedures for contractors to request authorization of unlisted occupational classifications through Standard Form 1444, requiring submission within 30 days of contract work commencement, with final determination by the Wage and Hour Division. Uniform allowances are reimbursable at $3.35 per week ($0.67 per day) unless uniforms require minimal maintenance and are worn with personal garments.
