The following have been modified:

ADDENDUM FAR 52.237-1

Offerors/bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

SITE VISIT ARRANGEMENTS

The Government will hold an organized site visit to inspect the site where these services are to be performed.

DATE: Tuesday, 19 August 2025 at 10:00a.m.- 11:00 a.m.AKST LOCATION: Building 600, Main Lobby Area (Middle entrance at the back of the building) POC: Dr. Ikner Yolanda (yolanda.m.ikner.civ@army.mil) and Zainab Obatayo (zainab.a.obatayo.civ@army.mil).

Additional Information The Contracting Specialist will meet with contractors requiring base access at Fort Richardson Visitor's Center, Building 47303, JBER Anchorage, Alaska, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Contractors with Base Access can proceed to the Location stated above.

ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUL 2021), applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government as defined in the 'Evaluation Factors for Award' Section below. A complete quote must be received for consideration. Respond to each item listed below, if the response is "None" or "Not applicable," explicitly state and explain. The Government may consider quotes that fail to address or follow all instructions to be non-responsive and ineligible for contract award. A complete quote includes a response and submission to each of the following:

1. General Information: Offeror Business Name, Address, Cage, and DUNS Codes (ensure Representation and Certifications are up to date in SAM.gov), Business Size and Type of Small Business based on applicable NAICS Code as provided above, Federal Tax ID, Primary Point of Contact (to include telephone and e-mail address) and provide a GSA contract number if some or all items proposed are on the GSA schedule.

2. Technical Documentation:

Technical Approach or Specifications: Quote must address technical capability.

a. Technical capability will be determined by the contractor having the capability of providing copper/fiber test results of all installed infrastructure to determine if project meets code. The contractor must provide a copy of the test results confirming that the installation meets the standards, codes, and instructions of Appendix A and

b. Submit an installation plan explaining where the cables will be installed.

3. Price Quote: Submit complete pricing for each CLIN listed in the "description of requirements" Section above to include the unit price and the extended price for each line item and a total price in US Dollars ($). Note: Ensure FOB Destination shipping costs are included in the pricing.

4. Commercial Warranty: Provide the terms and length of the Workmanship and/or Manufacturer Warranty on the product(s) and/or services proposed included in the proposed purchase price.
