Technical Exhibit ##12a

Stenciling/Labeling Instructions forof TAMC Responsible Area Refuse Containers

1. Stencil/label refuse containers with lettering a minimum of three inches in height (>/=3” H) and two inches in width (>/=2” W). Color to be white.

2. Each container shall be stenciled/labeled with the following information:

a. “NO HAZARDOUS WASTE”

b. “NO PARKING WITHING 15FT”

c. Consecutively stencil/label numbers on all TAMC responsible area refuseresponsibility containers IAW Technical Exhibit TE’s # 10a, 10b, and 10c starting with the following format (Responsibility – Location – Number Series (2 digits)):

For Tripler Army Medical Center: TFMB – T-01 For Schofield Barracks: TFMB - SB-01 For Fort Shafter: TFMB – FS-01

d. The scheduled days for refuse collection, i.e. “T,-F” for Tuesdays & Fridays

Legend: M for Monday T for Tuesday W for Wednesday TH for Thursday F for Friday S for Saturday

e. Each 8 CY and 3 CY shall be stenciled with the following words: (see TE#’s 10a, 10b, & 10c Locations & Frequency, Industrial Refuse Collection & Disposal Service Listing):

“NO CORRUGATED CARDBOARD, GREEN WASTE, METALS, TIRES, BATTERIES,

CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, & LUMBER”
