QUESTIONS ANSWERS 17JAN2025
Questions and Answers Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) FY24
17 January 2025
Q1: Attachment I Historical Workload Date is labelled as “AFH” and does not appear to be AFH data because it maps exactly to the “UPH” part of the pricing sheets rather than the AFH pricing sheets.
- Will the Government provide the “AFH” historical work load data as referenced?
- Would the Government consider reconciling both pricing sheet quantities to the historical workload data?
- Where there is no historical workload data but there is a pricing sheet requirement, would the Government consider providing plug numbers for both AFH and UPH?
Government Response to Q1: The Historical Workload data has been updated to reflect both AFH and UPH information. The Historical Workload data has also been removed from the PWS and is now a standalone document.
The PWS has been updated to reflect this change and the Historical Workload data is now available to download as a separate document.

As a minimum prior to beginning performance, Contractors employing local national and third country nationals shall furnish the Contracting Officer via the COR and the Requiring Activity Manager a Polizeiliches Fuehrungszeugnis, issued within the previous four months, no later than thirty (30) days after contract award (Deliverable A007 – Background Check German). Local nationals and third country nationals agree to the same employee termination provisions as stated for U.S. Citizens (see paragraph

In the event keys, other than master keys, are lost or duplicated, the Contractor shall, upon direction of the Contracting Officer, re-key or replace the affected lock or locks; however, the Government, at its option, may replace the affected lock or locks or perform re-keying. When the replacement of locks or re-keying is performed by the Government, the total cost of re-keying or the replacement of the lock or locks shall be deducted from payment due to the Contractor. In the event a master key is lost or duplicated, all locks and keys for that system shall be replaced by the Government and the total cost deducted from the payment due to the Contractor. The Contractor shall prohibit the use of Government issued keys by any persons other than the Contractor’s employees.
