About this file

This briefing presentation outlines key details of the Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) and its management of facilities sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) funding. The DHA-FE provides centralized management of maintenance and construction projects supporting military medical treatment facilities (MTFs) worldwide. It utilizes FSRM funding appropriated through the Defense Health Program budget. The DHA-FE partners with MTFs and Defense Health Networks on requirements planning, project prioritization, funds allocation, and execution oversight. MTF facility managers have direct access to DHA-FE portfolio managers for support. Training programs are being developed to standardize MTF facilities operations across the military health system enterprise.
