About this file
This document provides details for an initial outfitting and transition supply contract opportunity for the Medical Center Addition and Alteration project at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The contract is a firm-fixed price, service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside being administered by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District for relocation, transition, and excessing services. The project involves renovations and additions totaling 714,050 gross square feet across multiple buildings, with transition services required for the relocation of approximately 520 personnel and medical equipment from buildings scheduled for demolition to the new 590,000 square foot medical services building to be completed in two phases by September 2019. The delivery period is approximately 1870 days following an anticipated February 2022 award date. Services include validation of designer plans, project room content, and end user needs along with outfitting, transition, commissioning, and excessing through DRMO.
