About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details two separate contract line items (CLINs) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Lewisville Lake in Texas:

CLIN 0001 involves replacing parking lot and flagpole lighting at the Lewisville Project Office. The project requires removing 27 existing parking lot light fixtures and 2 flagpole lights, and installing new LED lighting fixtures compatible with existing poles. The work includes new photoelectric sensors, updated cabling, and ensuring compliance with energy efficiency and electrical standards. The contractor must complete all work within 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with deliverables including a fully operational lighting system, as-built wiring diagrams, and a final inspection report.

CLIN 0002 focuses on constructing an RV Dump Station at Hickory Creek Park, involving infrastructure for wastewater management. The project requires designing and installing a 3,000-gallon holding tank, an aeration treatment system, and a spray field for effluent disposal. The work must accommodate the park's 124 RV sites, with an estimated 67% annual occupancy and potential peak exodus of 80+ RVs after holiday weekends. The performance period is 120 calendar days, with 30 days for design and permitting, 60 days for construction, and 30 days for commissioning and final inspection.
