About this file
This document is a site visit memorandum and presentation for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for a seed project at Lewisville Lake, Texas. The contract (W9126G25RA043) is a small business set-aside with a $9.9M program ceiling over a 5-year ordering period, using NAICS code 236220 with a $45M size standard. The seed project consists of CLIN 0001 (30 days) and Option CLIN 0002 (120 days).
Key details include a proposal due date of 29 Aug at 1:00 PM CST, with the intent to award without discussions. The evaluation will use a competitive best value approach where past performance is considered equal to price, focusing on the lowest-priced group of offers (up to 10). The solicitation requires offerors to have a current NIST assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System and be SAM.gov registered. The goal is to award the seed project and first MATOC IDIQ, with up to five additional MATOC IDIQs to create a total pool of six contractors who will have fair opportunity to compete for future projects over the five-year ordering period.
