About this file
This document contains four Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) related to a federal contract for installation support services. The CDRLs require the following data submissions:
-
A roster of key personnel including the program manager and administrative staff to be submitted within two days of contract award and updates within two working days of any changes.
-
A key control plan to be provided electronically in Microsoft Word format within 30 days of contract award.
-
Immediate notification by phone and subsequent written correspondence for any reports of lost, unauthorized use, or disclosure of controlled unclassified information.
-
Certificates of completion for antiterrorism level one awareness training to be completed within 30 days of contract award for all employees and thereafter within 15 days for new employees, with results reported to the contracting officer representative within 15 days of completion.
The CDRLs appear to be related to a draft request for proposal for installation support services on Redstone Arsenal in Alabama for the U.S. Army Garrison-Redstone and its tenant offices, which require services such as facilities maintenance, utilities operations and maintenance, supply operations, transportation, and administration. The selected contractor will be required to perform to standards specified in the attached performance work statement.
