The contract will have a phase-in period of two months followed by a ten-month base period and up to five one-year option periods, for a maximum performance period of six years. The contract type will be fixed-price with cost-reimbursable travel. The estimated value is $12 million. The acquisition is set aside solely for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The Department of the Army is the contracting agency.
