Q.22. While the government provided some historical data and metrics, they are insufficient to determine the staffing levels for each of task areas. Only the incumbent would know exactly how many FTE it takes to perform all of the tasks. For example, in Technical exhibit C_C, the government Note on the bottom of page 4 states the Contractor Support Team may be required to assist the DA staged fielding team; how is that supposed to be priced if it may be required. Q25. For the Labor Price Matrix submitted in Excel, should offerors provide just one year of ceiling rate build up or three years of rate build up for each year of the PoP?
