About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) for Solicitation No. W9123826BA010, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Natomas Resident Office in Sacramento, California. The amendment extends the bid due date from September 10, 2026, to September 16, 2026, and revises solicitation attachments, contract line item numbers (CLINs), and related specifications for a construction project in the Natomas area related to Reach H and Reach I construction work.
The solicitation involves firm-fixed-price contract work including excavation, soil placement and compaction, asphalt concrete pavement, aggregate base and surface course materials, and associated waterline work. Multiple CLINs have been added and modified with revised quantities, including asphalt concrete pavement work (58 and 31 net tons for two separate items), soil excavation and placement tasks (measured in cubic yards), and aggregate base course work. The contract is awarded to the lowest-priced responsive, responsible offeror and includes a 590 calendar day delivery period from Notice to Proceed. Work will be performed in Sacramento County, California, and inspected by the Natomas Resident Office. The solicitation references specifications, plans, geotechnical reports, Department of Labor Construction Wage Rate Requirements, and pre-award survey documentation. Offerors must submit electronically through PIEE, provide bid bonds and evidence of financial capability, and acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the revised closing date of September 16, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time. The virtual bid opening is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
