Total (Items 1 thru 48)

The following bid schedule is a pay activity breakout of Price Breakout Schedule Item No. 37 listed above for evaluation purposes only and will not be considered as part of the contract. This should be completed, as applicable, based on the method of construction chosen. The total of this breakout should be transferred to Price Breakout Schedule Item No 37 above.

The purpose of this pay activity breakout is to quantify any price items that could vary based on the method of construction (work platform type, work platform width, earthwork, etc.). A proposal may be rejected if subline items are not adequately addressed. Based on each proposal needs, additional "blank" subline items have been provided which may or may not be used. The quantities and costs associated with these subline items must be completed and will be considered during the evaluation of the proposals, but otherwise will be used for informational purposes only.
