Interested contractors must register in the System for Award Management to conduct business with the Federal Government.

Hi, That is a correct assumption. An air permit is not needed, but Susan Lindem in the DNR Air Management Program needs to be notified at (608) 999‐0978 when work starts, especially at the contaminated sediment processing area. Attached is the original email string between Susan and me.
