About this file
This file is a Vendor Questions and Answers document for a federal contract solicitation issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort McCoy under solicitation number W911SA26QA217. The document serves as an amendment to respond to vendor inquiries regarding the procurement of Protective Clothing Rental and Laundering Services across multiple sites in nine states (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee). The amendment also updates the SF 1149 form, Attachment 04 Price Schedule, and adds Clause 52.219-4 to the solicitation requirements.
As a questions and answers document, this attachment provides clarifications and responses to vendor inquiries submitted during the solicitation process. Prospective contractors were required to submit written questions to the Government no later than September 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT. The solicitation does not include a site visit, and vendors are directed to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and shop location attachment for detailed specifications. This file does not independently address specific products, services, pricing terms, or set-aside information but rather functions as a clarification mechanism for vendor inquiries during the pre-award phase of the solicitation.
