About this file

This file is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) attachment outlining the performance standards and requirements for Airfield Services Support at Fort McCoy Army Airfield (FMAAF). The document details specific operational requirements including managing base operations, providing flight planning assistance, handling NOTAMs, transmitting flight plans, maintaining flight publications, providing advisory services, monitoring weather conditions, conducting airfield inspections, and managing aircraft services and petroleum operations.

Key performance metrics include zero valid complaints and 100% accountability for most requirements, with oversight conducted through random inspections, periodic reviews, and customer feedback. The contractor must maintain training programs, participate in BASH programs, execute force protection measures, and manage fuel testing and storage operations. Deliverables include various training certifications, security clearances, and reporting requirements with specific timelines (e.g., AT Level I training within 30 days, OPSEC training completion certificates within 60 days). Non-conforming services result in Corrective Action Requests and potential negative CPARS ratings, while successful performance earns positive CPARS narratives and full payment.
