About this file
This document contains a tower inspection report for a communication tower located at Bald Mountain #2. The report provides details on the inspection of the tower structure, foundations and guy anchors. It notes the tower is a free standing structure 25 feet in height, with the height point above ground at 29 feet. The inspection found minor issues including loose ground straps, communication wires and guy wires, as well as surface rust on a shackle and cracking in the grout. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort McCoy for communication tower inspections and maintenance services at Fort Hunter Liggett and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in California.
