About this file

This document contains a tower inspection report for a 30-foot mono pole structure located at Alder Peak #2. The report details the site and tower information, provides tower elevations, evaluates the tower structure and its various components, assesses the tower foundations and guy anchors, examines guy wires and fittings, and reviews the paint and obstruction marking. The inspection found the tower to be in excellent general condition with no loose bolts, damaged members, signs of unusual stress, or missing structural elements. All climbing equipment was secure. Spot checks of bolts and nuts found none missing or loose. The concrete foundation showed no cracks or signs of movement. Guy wires and fittings were properly tensioned and secure. The galvanized paint was in satisfactory condition with no rusting observed.
