About this file

This document outlines performance requirements specifications (PRS) for base operations support services at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The services include maintenance and repair of buildings, utilities, grounds, roads, equipment, vehicles and other facilities. Key performance metrics address response times for service orders, completion of preventative maintenance, inspection frequencies, and maximum defect rates for various tasks such as maintaining boiler plants, addressing work orders, and pest control services. Surveillance methods involve random sampling, record reviews, customer complaints and planned inspections. Failure to meet standards on critical tasks like emergency response, utilities operations and fire protection could result in zero defects allowed. The document establishes procedures for contractor property management including inventory, maintenance records, utilization reporting and disposal.
