Solicitation W911RQ-18-R-0295:

Install an Existing Large Horizontal Boring Mill at Red River Army Depot (RRAD)

Offer Submission Questions – 11 September 2018

Q21: How are we supposed to submit our Proposal to the Government?

A21: Per Solicitation Section L, Instructions to Offerors, the Government will only accept proposals through the FedBizOpps bid submission interface. To upload files, simply log in to FedBizOpps, visit the Solicitation Announcement page (where you found this document) and look for the offer submission link.

Q22: One of our subcontractors is unable to provide us with a quote by the Solicitation closing date/time. We know we’ll be able to get a suitable subcontractor in time to perform the work, but can’t name that subcontractor in our proposal. Can we get an extension?

A22: At this point in time, we cannot extend past the Solicitation closing date and time shown on the FedBizOpps Solicitation Announcement page. As this is a FAR Part 12 Commercial Service Solicitation, the Government will not have and does not require visibility into your choice of or arrangement(s) with subcontractors. The Government will evaluate all offers received in accordance with Section M, Evaluation and Award.

Q23: Can we get a list of bidders for this job?

A23: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this information.
