About this file
This is an Amendment 0001 to a Call for Solutions (CFS) W911QY-26-S-PPTS-02 issued by the Department of the Army, U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division on 8 July 2026. The amendment modifies the Minimum Threshold Requirements for the Portable Patient Transport System (PPTS) prototype project by broadening the acceptable standard for air filtration systems to increase technical flexibility and industry participation. Specifically, the filter certification requirement has been revised from "Meet or exceed National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) HE certified filters" to "Meet or exceed National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) certified filters," removing the HE (High Efficiency) specification.
Offerors must take action prior to the submission deadline by either confirming their original submission remains valid if no changes are needed, or submitting updated Solution Brief files if revisions are desired based on the amended filter certification standard. Confirmations and revised submissions must be directed to Agreements Officer Dan L. Adams Jr. (dan.l.adams2.civ@army.mil) and Agreements Specialist Christine Halamoutis (christine.m.halamoutis.civ@army.mil). All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original Call for Solutions remain unchanged. This CFS is issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 4022 against the Army Open Solicitation W9128Z-25-S-A002 and intends to award multiple Prototype Other Transaction (OT) Agreements.
