About this file
The document is a Q&A file for Solicitation W911QY-25-R-A010, addressing technical manual rewrite for the Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System (CP DEPMEDS). Key details include confirmation that work can be performed remotely without travel, and guidance on completing the SF 312 confidentiality form at the company level using an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
The associated federal contract opportunity requires rewriting the CP DEPMEDS Technical Manual to reflect significant equipment changes and configuration updates. Specific modifications include replacing legacy equipment with modern systems such as TEMPER Airbeam Supported shelters, JECP 6-ton Environmental Control Units, 400 CFM Fan Filter Assemblies, Multi-Person Airlocks, and updated chemical/biological protective liners. The manual must transition from a four-level to two-level maintenance philosophy, complying with MIL-STD 40051-2, and update hospital configurations from the legacy Medical Re-engineering Initiative (MRI) to the modern Force Design Update (FDU) hospital set sizes. Vendors must submit Government Furnished Information (GFI) requests by 5:00 PM EST on 23 May 2025, with access to be granted on 29 May 2025.

1. Is all technical manual work under this contract required to be performed at Aberdeen or can the work be carried out at a remote location?
a. This is envisioned as remote work with no travel required
2. With regards to the SF 312 form, can we complete the form for the company or does each employee who may review the GFI need to complete the SF 312? If we are able to complete the form for the company, please confirm that we can put the EIN where the SSN would go.
