This CDRL applies to both the Full and Open Lot and the Small Business Lot.

NITC CDRL deliverable is CLIN 0003, CHS Site Services CDRL deliverable is CLIN 0006, and ITSM CDRL deliverable is CLIN 0002.

BLOCK 7: The contractor shall initiate a zero cost Receiving Report in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) immediately after submitting the data in accordance with Block 14. A WAWF Receiving Report is required for every data item submission (initial and subsequent submissions) to the Government. For data items that are separately priced, the contractor shall initiate a WAWF invoice in lieu of a zero cost Receiving Report.

The Government shall have 7 calendar days for review and acceptance or rejection of each submission.

The contractor shall have 7 calendar days to incorporate Government comments.

Contractor format is acceptable. The CDRL will be tailorable only as approved by the Government.

BLOCK 14: The contractor shall submit the data, in the form of attachments, via WAWF and email to the Contracting Officer Representatives (COR)/ Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR), Procuring Contracting Officer and the Contract Specialist designated in Section F of the contract. The subject line shall include the contract number, CDRL data item number, and reporting period (e.g., W900KK-18-D-0020, CLIN 0002, CDRL A001, 1 May 2018).

For technical artifacts/deliverables: Submissions shall be in their NATIVE TOOL FORMAT and in searchable Adobe Acrobat Reader (*PDF) formats.

Other deliverables: Graphic packages used to create figures, tables and charts in shall be compatible with Microsoft Office. Editable versions of all figures, tables and charts shall be provided in their native format, e.g. PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx). In addition, editable versions of all drawings, schematics, and diagrams shall be provided as PowerPoint (.pptx) or Visio (.vsdx) files unless otherwise agreed by the Contractor and

BLOCK 7: The contractor shall initiate a zero cost Receiving Report in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) immediately after submitting the data in accordance with Block 14. A WAWF Receiving Report is required for every data item submission (initial and subsequent submissions) to the Government. For data items that are separately priced, the contractor shall initiate a WAWF invoice in lieu of a zero cost Receiving Report.

BLOCK 12: Report shall be due 45 calendar days after event completion.

The Government shall have 14 calendar days for review and approval or rejection of each submission.

The contractor shall have 7 calendar days to incorporate Government comments.

The contractor shall logically integrate detailed event planning, design, development and execution activities. The CDRL format will be tailorable only as approved by the Government.

BLOCK 14: The contractor shall submit the data, in the form of attachments, via WAWF and email to the Contracting Officer Representatives (COR)/ Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR), Procuring Contracting Officer and the Contract Specialist designated in Section F of the contract. The subject line shall include the contract number, CDRL data item number, and reporting period (e.g., W900KK-18-D-0020, CLIN 0002, CDRL A001, 1 May 2018).

For technical artifacts/deliverables: Submissions shall be in their NATIVE TOOL FORMAT and in searchable Adobe Acrobat Reader (*PDF) formats.

Other deliverables: Graphic packages used to create figures, tables and charts in shall be compatible with Microsoft Office. Editable versions of all figures, tables and charts shall be provided in their native format, e.g. PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx). In addition, editable versions of all drawings, schematics, and diagrams shall be provided as PowerPoint (.pptx) or Visio (.vsdx) files unless otherwise agreed by the Contractor and
