The anticipated contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity single award of up to $800 million over five to seven years.

PCTE PDK Access 25 June 2019
Requesting Access to the Persistent Cyber Training Environment
Platform Development Kit
The Cyber Resiliency and Training program office is providing the platform development kit (PDK) for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment in an effort to foster transparency and fair competition. The PDK is being made available through a Confluence page housed on the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) portal. Below are the instructions to gain access to the PDK.
1. Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E)
a. If you already have a DI2E account, please provide email to bvermillion@mitre.org your DI2E account username and we will give you permission to our DI2E space to view the PDK and Technical State of the Union charts presented at PCTE Industry Day on 11 Jun 2019. If you do not have an account, please proceed to the below steps.
b. Request a DI2E account through the DI2E website https://www.di2e.net/display/DI2E
c. If using a CAC, accounts can be configured usually within 24 hours. If not, it may take up to 3 days to get your account configured. You cannot complete steps 2 and 3 until you receive an email from DI2E stating that your account has been established.

CAC users Non-CAC users
2. Confluence
a. Once you have received confirmation that your DI2E account has been made, request access to the PCTE PDK Confluence page by emailing bvermillion@mitre.org
b. Provide the following in your email
i. Your DI2E username
ii. Full name(first and last)
iii. Company/vendor you work for
iv. How you heard about the PDK
c. Once you receive confirmation that your Confluence access has been enabled, navigate to the PCTE Confluence site by clicking here:

On the confluence page you will find the PDK as a PDF document and all the swagger files for the APIs that are currently defined within the PCTE platform. We are continuously adding content to the PDK as development for the platform progresses. Confluence will send email notifications when the page is modified.
