1.1.1
Financial Management
Consist of all efforts required to establish and maintain a cost control system designed to monitor cost and schedule performance, direct budget allocations, provide for resource management and measure progress of individual tasks. This effort includes Earned Value Management (EVM), cost collection and reporting as well as support of any Government cost audits.
1.1.2
Subcontractor Management
Consist of all activities associated with the award and management of related subcontracts.
1.1.3
Risk Management
Consist of all efforts required to identify, analyze, assess, mitigate, monitor, control, prioritize and coordinate the minimization or elimination of risk driven, negative impacts to program execution or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
1.1.4
Configuration Management
Consist of all activities associated with the establishment, monitoring and administration of change control procedures for established baselines, including collection, processing, distribution, and tracking of modification request forms, establishment and administration of change control boards, and formal audits to compare product to documentation. The effort includes Configuration Management of hardware, software, facilities, data, interfaces, tools, and documentation.
1.2
Systems Engineering
Consist of all activities associated with requirements definition, system development, and test and evaluation conducted to transform an operational need or specification into a set of implemented system requirements that demonstrate that the developed system will meet specifications.
1.2.1
System Design
Consist of all activities associated with the process of defining the elements of a system such as the architecture, modules and components, and the different interfaces of those components to satisfy specified needs and requirements.
1.2.2
Software (SW) Engineering
Consist of all activities associated with defining software requirements and developing the system software and firmware following disciplined, enforceable, and auditable standards and internally documented organizational software development practices.
1.2.3
Hardware (HW) Engineering
Consist of all activities associated with defining software requirements and developing the system software and firmware following disciplined, enforceable, and auditable standards and internally documented organizational software development practices.
1.2.4
Cybersecurity
Consist of all efforts associated with defining and implementing cybersecurity compliance measures in all phases of system development, deployment, and maintenance activities. Cybersecurity is considered a requirement for all system components of IEWTPT and include all activities required for system Certification & Accreditation (C&A).
1.3
Logistics
Consist of all efforts associated with conducting engineering analyses to establish quantitative and qualitative supportability design guidelines, conduct trade studies, evaluate design and support alternatives, and defining system supportability design features consistent with optimizing system readiness and availability.
1.3.1
Training Products
Consist of all efforts associated with designing, developing, and delivering training support packages.
1.3.2
Technical Support
Consist of all efforts associated with providing on-site technical support to assist on-site support contractor personnel with site dependent, one-of-a-kind issues and/ or tailored needs in the operation of IEWTPT during training exercise events.
1.4
Integration & Test
Consist of all efforts associated with system integration and testing activities.
1.4.1
Integration Events
Consist of all efforts associated with supporting participation in Integration Events for testing specific system enhancements, or integration of system capabilities within existing federations (e.g. LVC-IA, JLCCTC, etc.) and/or point-to-point with complementary systems (e.g. DCGS-A).
1.4.2
Fieldings
Consist of all efforts associated with conducting site surveys, safety analysis, and providing equipment and ancillary equipment required to connect to on-site facilities, interfacing systems, networks, and power.
