About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file addressing vendor inquiries regarding a linen supply contract solicitation. The responses clarify key submission and contract requirements for prospective bidders.
The Q&A confirms that linens identified in Exhibit A must be provided by the vendor rather than furnished by the Government, with the contractor responsible for replacement costs of lost or damaged items at market value per pound under the mandatory DFAR clause 252.237-7015. The incumbent contract number is W91YTZ24P0022. Vendors must submit pricing following the CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) structure specified in the RFQ, and must incorporate both the Quality Management System and Contingency Plan as integrated components within the overall Quote Package rather than submitting them as separate attachments.
