NEXT GENERATION COMBAT VEHICLE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

PROJECT MANAGER MISSION COMMAND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ACCESS
COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION
THIS CERTIFICATION of COMPLIANCE is made effective the [ ] day of
[ ,] [2019].
IN WITNESS TO:
The US Army, Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO
C3T), Project Manager, Mission Command (PM MC)
(the “Owner”)
FROM:
(the “Vendor”)
1. The Vendor certifies it maintains compliance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title
22, Subchapter M, International Traffic In Arms Regulation (ITAR), and has provided evidence of current registration in accordance with Part 122 Section 122.1.
2. The Vendor certifies it is U.S. Owned and Operated Business.
3. The Vendor certifies ALL personnel to be given access to PM MC technical documentation are U.S. Citizens. Foreign Nationals are exempt from participation, the associated technical documentation shall NOT be SEEN or DISCUSSED with any non-U.S. Citizens.
4. The Vendor certifies it has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement and will abide by the terms therein, a copy has been provided to PM MC.
5. Within four hundred fifty-eight (458) calendar days of receipt of the technical documentation or a maximum of (30) calendar days after the RFP has closed if you are not proposing this information, the Vendor shall destroy all printed and electronic copies of the documentation provided by the Government and all derivative products. The Vendor shall certify via letter to the PM MC that:
a. this destruction has been completed,
b. the method used for destruction (e.g., shredding or incineration of printed copies, purging of electronic media, wiping of storage), and
c. provide a complete list of the personnel that had accessed the technical documentation prior to destruction.
