MTRS Inc II QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS #7
Question #232
With Amendment 0001, the delivery schedule for CLINs 2002AB, 3001AB, and 3006AA, 2006AA, and 3001AA remained unchanged. Is this intentional or should they also be extended to at least 180 days after order due to long-lead items and based on the delivery deadlines for test articles, units, and ASL kits in other years?
GOVERNMENT RESPONSE:
The Delivery Schedule to be set forth in the 'Required Delivery Schedule' in Section F in the contract that will result from this RFP will be changed to 180 days for the following CLINs: 2002AB, 3001AB, 3006AA, 1003AA, 2002AA, 2003AA, 2003AB, 2005AA, 2006AA and 3001AA. These changes will be incorporated into the Model Contracts and offerors will have the opportunity to revise proposals during final proposal revision requests.
With the exception of CLIN 2002AA, this represents a relaxation of the requirement initially set forth in the RFP. In the case of CLIN 2002AA, the delivery schedule will be changed from 365 days after order to 180 days after order.
Question #233 Do we need the AMSAA software so we can do a reliability growth curve model for our proposal?
GOVERNMENT RESPONSE:
There is no required format for the reliability growth curve. Offerors may use any form of reliability growth curve that appropriately reflects their planned reliability growth, provided that it is consistent with the remainder of their proposal. The Government will not sponsor access to the AMSAA reliability growth model.
