About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Solicitation W51AA1-25-R-0019, focused on propane services at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The RFI includes two key questions and answers: (1) the incumbent propane supplier owns seven above-ground tanks, while Tobyhanna owns one in-ground tank, and (2) a facility map could not be provided due to security concerns, but site visit sign-in sheets and tank pictures will be delivered in Amendment 0002.

The associated solicitation details comprehensive propane supply and service requirements, including installing multiple propane tanks of varying sizes (from 120 to 1000 gallons) at different buildings, ensuring ample fuel supply with biweekly minimum deliveries, complying with federal and local codes, and providing emergency response within 4 hours. Key contractor responsibilities include tank installation, refueling, relocation, grounding, and complete removal of vendor-owned tanks at contract termination. The contract is issued by the Department of the Army with a target completion date of 10 October 2024.
