The RFP closing date for receipt of proposals is 13 AUG 2026 at 1300 U.S. Central Time. The contract type is a hybrid firm-fixed-price, firm-fixed unit price, and cost-reimbursable arrangement with a 12-month base period (29 NOV 2026 to 28 NOV 2027) and four 12-month option periods, plus an option to extend services for up to six additional months, for a total possible performance period of five years and six months. The NAICS code is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services), and offerors must be registered in SAM and submit proposals in U.S. dollars using the provided Price Matrix. All contractor employees must comply with Department of War TIP policies, host nation labor laws, and obtain local sponsorship for personnel.
