The project involves repairing and improving Range 27, a key training range for heavy vehicle and aviation firing. Key scope elements include road reconstruction, stormwater mitigation, and transformer protection. Contractors must submit detailed plans for road reconstruction, implement low water crossings, construct stormwater deflection channels, and provide blast-resistant transformer protection. The solicitation is a 100% full and open competition with a firm fixed price contract, evaluation based on technical approach, past performance, and price. Proposals are due by April 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM KSA time, with contract award anticipated thereafter.
