About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a construction project at the 118th Wing, Berry Field Air National Guard Base in Nashville, Tennessee. The solicitation (W50S97-25-BA003) is for two related projects: installing site lighting at B735, B746 & Track (BKTZ212006), and an optional project to repair culverts B808 and B809 (BKTZ252002). The project is 100% set aside for small businesses, with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and a small business size standard of $45,000,000 in average annual receipts. The construction project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, with a pre-bid conference and site visit scheduled for August 20, 2025. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the most advantageous bidder, considering only price and price-related factors, and plans to award without discussions. The period of performance for the optional culvert repair project is from September 30, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
