1. The “Dimming Control System Upgrade” section references replacing 160 dimmable fixtures (0-10V) but does not indicate the fixture type. Are these 160 fixtures included in the above “Lighting” section, or are they separate? We would need more detail on the fixture type to quote a solution.

1. Section 1.2.1 of the statement of work details the quantities and types of lamps/fixtures. The drawings provided and the product data sheets for the existing fixtures include light fixtures which would not be included in the lighting material and equipment detailed in section 1.2.1. For example, the spec sheet for fixture D is an 8" round recessed dual CFL lamp fixture, which is not type T8. Is the scope of work limited to what is described in section 1.2.1, or is the requirement to upgrade all fluorescent lighting inside building 912 to LED?

14. Round recessed dual CFL lamp fixture it’s a single twist in bulb in a janitor closet, does not need to be done.

1. Is there an integrated lighting control system for the whole building or sections of the building, or are all controls stand alone for the room or space that the controls serve?

15. All controls stand alone for the room or space that the controls serve.

1. The drawing provided indicate various types of emergency fixtures and the existing lighting product data sheets provided include fixtures with emergency battery backup ballast. The statement of work does not specifically require any emergency drivers or battery backup fixtures, but it does call for 12 exit emergency combo fixtures. Are the 12 exit emergency combo fixtures intended to remove the need to go back with battery backup fixtures, lamps and drivers? Or, is the requirement to provide a battery backup driver at each fixture being replaced that currently has emergency battery backup?

16. The intent is to remove the (11) battery backup in the light fixtures and move the function to dedicated exit signs emergency light combo units, and install (1) additional.

1. Are the 4-Types show in the "Existing+Lighting+Fixtures" .pdf the only styles being replaced/retrofitted? I see a few other Types show on the drawing (Types A & H)

27. Fixture AD is the dimmable version of fixture A, fixture ADE is the emergency battery version. With the ballast and battery removed the empty housing would be considered identical. Type H (two lamp) has same housing as type C (three lamp).

1. Can you advise on how many of the LED Retrofitted Fixtures will require EM Batteries. I count 29 fixtures on the drawing, but I am not sure if these are the type being retrofitted or replaced.

28. . Combo exit sign / emergency lights are intended to replace the function of battery backup linear light fixtures. Effectively zero linear fixtures should have a battery backup. Only the dimming or non dimming function needs to be maintained.

1. Are the existing Type C fixtures being retrofitted or replaced? Only asking as the existing is a 3-Lamp and I will have to provide a different style driver to power 3-Lamps instead of 2. Also can you confirm Qty, I see (2) on the drawing.
