About this file

This document contains a federal contract solicitation and related amendment for construction services. The solicitation seeks proposals to provide an addition and alterations to Building 530 at the Maine Air National Guard Base in Bangor, Maine. The project scope involves providing all plant, labor, and materials to complete the work according to specifications. The North American Industry Classification code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $39.5 million in average annual receipts over the previous three years. The construction value is between $1 million and $5 million. A pre-bid conference will be held and all documents will be available on SAM.gov. Funds are currently not available but are expected to be awarded by September 30, 2020. The award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest price that conforms to the solicitation terms.
