About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation/Modification of Contract, specifically Amendment 0002 to solicitation W50S7X26QA001, effective February 25, 2026. The amendment is issued by the WTM USAFO Activity KSANG 184 located at Fort Riley, Kansas, with administration by the same office. The contracting officer is Joshua Kingori.

The primary purpose of this amendment is to change the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code from 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) to 237130 (Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction). This NAICS reclassification affects the applicable small business size standard, which is $45 million in annual revenue for NAICS code 237130. The amendment modifies the contract clauses 52.219-28 (Postaward Small Business Program Rerepresentation) and 52.219-1 (Small Business Program Representations) to reflect the updated NAICS code and corresponding small business definitions, including representations for women-owned small businesses (WOSB), economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses (EDWOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB), and HUBZone small business concerns. The amendment was signed by the contracting officer on February 26, 2026. Except as provided in this amendment, all terms and conditions of the referenced solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
