ADC's shall be prepared IAW MIL-STD-1168B and electronic submission shall be accomplished by accessing the Worldwide Ammunition Data Repository Program (WARP)

*Input a draft card into WARP 30 working days prior to First Article, or production if First Article is not applicable, for approval of technical content.

**Hard copy ADCs shall be generated from WARP and accompany each Lot, and shall be signed & dated by the representative of the Government Agency Responsible for Acceptance (GARA), usually the DCMA QAR.

*** When ballistic tests at Government proving grounds are required, two hard copy ADCs generated and accompany the Lot.

Note: Submission shall commence with the first deliverable lot and continue with each subsequent lot. ADCs shall include procurement acquisition numbers for each applicable RFW, RFD, and ECP listed on the card.
