About this file
This is a Vendor Statement of No Involvement certification document submitted by vendors in response to ITN #2025-002 issued by the Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA) for the 5th District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, Florida. The certification requires authorized representatives of responding firms to affirm that neither they nor any personnel, officers, members, or agents associated with their organization have been involved in developing the Invitation to Negotiate, participated in pre-publication meetings or conference calls, discussed the procurement with State Courts System employees, accessed draft versions of the solicitation, or conducted feasibility studies related to the scope of work within two years prior to official publication on the Vendor Bid System. This document serves as a compliance mechanism to ensure fair and competitive procurement practices by preventing potential conflicts of interest or unfair competitive advantages among bidders.
The statement requires vendors to provide their company name, the authorized representative's name and signature, and the date of certification. Completion and submission of this form is mandatory for all prospective vendors responding to the security upgrade assessment project for the 5th District Court of Appeal. The certification affirms the integrity of the procurement process and demonstrates that all respondents are competing on equal footing without prior knowledge or involvement in the development of the solicitation requirements.
