For Airfield Markings, the prime or subcontractor must have completed at least 2 projects in the past 3 years, including removing and painting a minimum of 200,000 square feet of pavement markings on an active airfield within five days. For Runway Rubber Removal, contractors must have completed at least 3 similar projects, with a specific requirement of performing 348,000 square feet of rubber removal in one weekend. Contractors are required to submit points of contact from previous contracts to verify project information, demonstrating a need to substantiate their technical capabilities and past performance.
