About this file
This is a Technical Exhibit B Work Order spreadsheet for Fort Hood Alarm Monitoring Services. The document serves as a pricing and line-item template supporting the RFQ W9115126QA053, a follow-on solicitation for alarm monitoring services at Fort Hood, Texas under the existing contract W91151-21-C-0026. The procurement is classified under NAICS code 561621 (Security Systems Services) with a $25M small business size standard and is set-aside exclusively for 8(a) small business concerns. The PSC code is S211 for Housekeeping-Surveillance services, and the contracting activity is the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Hood.
The work order exhibits contain structured line items and cost data organized by contract line item number (CLIN) across a base year plus four option years of service delivery. This template enables offerors to submit pricing proposals in the required format for the alarm monitoring services requirement. Specific response deadlines, award dates, and detailed performance requirements are outlined in the corresponding Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other solicitation sections referenced in the RFQ package. The file itself is a template document and does not contain substantive narrative regarding specific performance objectives or service specifications beyond its function as a pricing exhibit.
