About this file
This document is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) and a contractor regarding access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) related to the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) and Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) testing materials.
The NDA outlines the contractor's responsibilities for safeguarding and not disclosing the CUI, which includes DLPT test materials, DLPT development data, OPI test materials, and other non-public documentation. The contractor agrees to promptly report any security violations and understands that violations could result in the cancellation of access to the CUI. The NDA also specifies that the contractor assigns any royalties or remunerations resulting from unauthorized disclosures to the U.S. Government, which may seek remedies to enforce the agreement.
