About this file
This is Appendix B of a Request for Lease Proposal (RFLP) for an Enhanced Use Leasing Project at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, issued by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) under RFLP No. AFCEC-26-R-0003. The appendix documents existing encumbrances and third-party property interests affecting the subject property.
The entire property is owned by the City of Tucson and is currently leased to the United States Air Force under an agreement expiring in 2052. The Air Force is actively pursuing efforts to extend the lease term to 50 years. Under this RFLP, the Air Force will sublease the land to a future developer selected through this solicitation process. This appendix serves as a template disclosure document approved by SAF/GCN in August 2020 and does not contain additional encumbrances or third-party interests beyond the City of Tucson's ownership and the existing Air Force lease arrangement.
