The requirements document is organized into sections A through O, with nearly 400 individual requirements spanning administrative functions, security standards, interface capabilities, reporting needs, portal functionalities, and program-specific requirements. Key technical specifications include compliance with state and federal standards, integration requirements with multiple state and federal systems, 508 accessibility compliance, HIPAA regulations, and robust security controls. The system must interface with numerous existing state systems including LOOPS (UI system), NJCFS (Treasury), SAGE/IGX (grants), GAAS/FAMIS (Human Services), and various federal systems. The document emphasizes configurability and low-code capabilities while maintaining strict data security and privacy standards.
