T2774 Att 11 - Daily Mail Receipts FY2026~1.xlsx

This is a Daily Mail Receipts tracking document for New Jersey's Department of Records and Examination Services (DORES) covering January 2026, related to Bid Solicitation #19DPP00412 for Front End Mail Receipt and Pre-Processing Services. The spreadsheet documents mail volume data across three mail categories—Regular Mail, Brown Mail, and Certified Mail—tracked by facility code and date throughout the month. The document provides detailed daily tallies for each mail type, with entries organized by facility numbers ranging from code 8 through 999. The monthly summary for January 2026 shows total mail volumes of 205,514 regular mail pieces, 1,873 brown mail pieces, and 17,242 certified mail pieces, for a combined total of 224,629 mail items processed during the month. Daily processing volumes varied significantly, with the highest volume day (January 20) processing 36,347 total mail pieces and lower volume days (January 1, 19, and 26, which were holidays) showing zero processing activity.

The document serves as a performance and volume tracking mechanism for the mail receipt and pre-processing services contract. The consistent daily tracking by mail type and facility code indicates this is operational data used to monitor service delivery and process efficiency across multiple mail handling locations. The presence of multiple facility codes suggests mail is being received and processed at various locations or from multiple departments within the state system. This data would be essential for evaluating contractor performance, verifying service-level compliance, and supporting invoicing and reimbursement processes under the mail services contract with DORES.
